Personalised orders

  • All personalised items are made to order on the day of purchase

  • Please double-check all wording, colours, and personalisation details are entered carefully when ordering.

  • If you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order is made.

Delivery information

  • We make and carefully package orders within 1–2 working days. Once created, orders are dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.

  • Shipping options can be selected at checkout, with pricing based on the service chosen and the weight of the order.

  • We also offer free click & collect from our South Molton store.

Worldwide delivery

  • We are happy to offer delivery outside the UK. For international orders, shipping prices may vary depending on the location and parcel size.

  • If you are ordering from outside the UK and would like a delivery quote before placing your order, please get in touch.

FAQs

Can we make custom dog collars and leads?

Yes! We can make any style completely bespoke to your pooch, including colour, size and embroidery. If you cannot see the option you are searching for, fill in a contact form. Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or pop into store.

Can you have ANY personalisation?

Absolutely! We are happy to embroider anything you would like (even the naughty ones!)

Do you do worldwide delivery?

We do offer worldwide delivery. Shipping costs vary depending on location and parcel size, so please get in touch for a delivery quote before ordering.

Are there any products that can’t be delivered?

Everything on the website can be delivered, apart from our fresh dog meats; which are click and collect only.

We get new stock in store every single day, so please contact us if there is something you are searching for that isn’t listed on the website.
